The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan is pleased to announce the Fukuoka Gala Dinner 2026, to be held on Monday 18 May at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Fukuoka.

For this occasion, Chef Masafumi Hamano, who has built a long and distinguished career in France and was the owner-chef of the restaurant “Au 14 Février Saint-Amour-Bellevue,” awarded two Michelin stars in 2018, will prepare an exclusive, one-night-only menu. You will enjoy exquisite cuisine paired with fine Bordeaux wines, provided by the CIVB.

Steps

1. Please complete the required information in the FORM by Friday, April 17 at noon.

2. You will receive a confirmation email from CCI France Japon in the following days.

3. You will receive the corresponding invoice by postal mail within 2 to 3 weeks.

4. During the week prior to the event (around Monday, May 11), you will receive an email containing the QR code required for entry. This QR code will be sent to the email address you provided when making your reservation.

RAFFLE PRIZE REGISTRATION

1. Fill in the required information before Friday, April 17 at noon. FORM

2. You will receive a confirmation email from the CCI France Japon in the following days.

3. The prizes must be sent between Monday, April 20 and Wednesday, April 22, 2026, to:
