Aichi-Nagoya 2026 - a milestone in GL Events' development in Japan

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan is pleased to announce the Nagoya Gala Dinner 2026, to be held on Tuesday, 14 April at the Nagoya Tokyu Hotel, celebrating France–Japan business relationships.

This autumn, GL events—serving as the official event delivery services provider for the 20th Asian Games to be held in Aichi and Nagoya—has joined the Games as a Prestige Partner. Through this gala dinner, GL Events hope to build excitement together with you and further elevate the momentum toward the Games.

The party will bring together fellow partner companies, athletes, members of the media, influencers, and government officials, all gathering under one roof for this special occasion.

Steps

1. Please complete the required information in the form by Friday, March 13 at noon.

2. You will receive a confirmation email from CCI France Japon in the following days.

3. You will receive the corresponding invoice by postal mail within 2 to 3 weeks.

4. During the week prior to the event (around Tuesday, April 7), you will receive an email containing the QR code required for entry. This QR code will be sent to the email address you provided when making your reservation.

RAFFLE PRIZE REGISTRATION

1. Fill in the required information before Friday, March 13 at noon. FORM

2. You will receive a confirmation email from the CCI France Japon in the following days.

3. The prizes must be sent between Monday, March 16 and Wednesday, March 18, 2026, to:
