Culinary Advisor to “Le Lotus” – InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa
Chef Bruno Oger is one of France's leading contemporary chefs and the owner of the two-Michelin-starred La Villa Archange in Le Cannet. A protégé of Georges Blanc, he rose to prominence as Executive Chef of the legendary Hôtel Majestic Cannes, where he earned his first Michelin star in 1997 and a second in 2005. In 2011, just ten months after opening La Villa Archange, he was awarded two Michelin stars. His refined cuisine, inspired by both his native Brittany and the Mediterranean, celebrates seafood, seasonal produce, and aromatic herbs.
For several years, Chef Oger has served as the culinary mentor of Le Lotus, the signature overwater gourmet restaurant at the InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa. Working closely with Chef David Philippeau, he contributes to the restaurant's menus, shares his culinary expertise, and regularly trains the brigade, including through exchanges at La Villa Archange. This long-standing collaboration brings together the excellence of French gastronomy and the distinctive flavors of French Polynesia, making Le Lotus one of the region's premier dining destinations.
