In this seminar, “Intergenerational Challenges & Motivation in Japan - from Workplace Tensions to Strategic Collaboration," Ana will explore the challenges and opportunities of managing a multigenerational workforce within global  Managers increasingly report stress, more time spent supporting younger employees, frustration, miscommunication, and even hesitation to hire Gen Zs. 

Are these tensions a matter of perception, structural shifts, or a leadership adaptation challenge?

Ana will unpack these questions analysing generational dynamics, key intersections within gender, as well as multicultural differences, before discussing strategic solutions to create a more cohesive and productive workplace.
