La Maison du Chocolat shares its new strategy as Japan remains key amid rising competition.

La Maison du Chocolat is renowned as a Luxury artisanal chocolate brand, founded in Paris in 1977 by visionary Robert Linxe. Today the brand is present in several markets, with Japan being its strongest export market since 1998.

 

Since the opening of the first store in Omotesando, competition in chocolate sector has intensified, and customer demand has evolved with the arrival of new generations.

 

In this context, Benjamin will share the challenges La Maison du Chocolat has encountered and the new strategy they have defined to overcome them, including re-branding, to accelerate growth in the coming years, as Japan contributes more significantly than ever to global development!
