From November 14 to 16, experience the French Art de Vivre at the heart of the Windsurfing World Cup Yokosuka Miura!

Following on from last year, Le Marché BONJOUR FRANCE will take place at the Windsurfing World Cup Yokosuka Miura for three days, from November 14 to 16, 2025. The Windsurfing World Cup is a major windsurfing event which welcomes over 40,000 visitors and around a hundred athletes from over 30 countries, many of whom are French.
To celebrate this wonderful event and the special ties between Yokosuka and France, Le Marché BONJOUR FRANCE will showcase brands that embody the French Art de Vivre. The aim is to introduce high-quality products and promote French culture to the Japanese public.

Le Petit Tonneau
Philippe BATTON
Born in Paris, he began studying the culinary arts at an early age. After working in a number of luxury hotels and restaurants, he decided to take on the challenge of pursuing his career... In Japan! In Tokyo, he created the Parisian bistro concept and opened three Parisian bistros all called “LE PETIT TONNEAU”. In 2022, he became president of the “Culinary Academy of France Japan delegation” (ACPFJ), and in 2024 he was named Officier of l'Ordre de Mérite Agricole (French government Ministry of Agriculture).
Bernard ANQUETIL
Ambassador of the Confrérie du Sabre d'Or of Japon, Bernard Anquetil is a chef who has been working in Japanese kitchens for several years. Very active in the French-speaking community, he gives culinary performances at various French events.

Cépages
Cépages selects wines from producers who practise organic, biodynamic and sustainable winemaking. Their team conducts in-depth tastings to share their understanding of the winemakers and food pairings with visitors.

Le Jardin Gaulois
Le Jardin Gaulois offers authentic traditional French cuisine prepared by a French chef, featuring a menu of sweets and side dishes. The desserts, made with natural brown sugar, are easy to enjoy and moderately sweet. A wide variety of quiches is also available.

PorteBonheur
PorteBonheur will introduce scarves and bags from STORIATIPIC, a clothing brand with fun and stylish designs, as well as eco-friendly bags made in France from Toile de Jouy fabric, a design that is symbolic of France.

MAISON BRETONNE
The kitchen-car MAISON BRETONNE features galettes prepared by Chef David, who comes from the region Bretagne. The galettes are made with quality ingredients, aiming to offer an authentic experience of Bretagne’s cuisine.

GP Create
GP Create primarily specializes in bath cosmetics, and imports Marseille soap from Marius Fabre, a long-established French company, as well as bath salts from Bretagne Cosmétiques Marins. The soaps, in particular, are appreciated for their high quality.

ASSEMPLAGE
we present a curated selection of natural skincare and aroma brands from France. Discover BLEU D’ARGENS, crafted with true lavender grown in the highlands of Provence; LAO CARE, a botanical-science haircare brand born in Grasse; and VINÉSIME, a premium skincare line infused with exclusive polyphenols from Burgundy wine grapes.

Numéro 5 Paris

Musicians

Dominique CHAGNON
Born in Chantilly, near Paris, he began studying music at the age of 7 (piano, guitar, bass), and later majored in composition at the C.I.M. in Paris, graduating at the top of his class. As a singer and bassist, he performed across Europe before moving to Japan in 1999. He released his first album, C’est la vie, in 2003, followed by the maxi single Polaris in 2004. He appeared regularly on Japanese television (NHK, 2001–2004, 2016). In 2022, he founded the Dominique Chagnon Music Academy. He is currently based in Japan, where he continues his artistic career and teaches vocal performance in French chanson and French pop.

Frédéric VIENNOT
Born in France, Gray. Studied piano jazz at the Conservatoire of Music in Lyon with Mario STANTCHEV. In 2004 comes to Tokyo. In 2005, joins the NHK French tv program as a regular music navigator, the next year he composed the opening and ending music for the same tv program. Throughout Japan, he played with numerous artists such as Clementine, Ice Saranyu, Aoki Karen, Patrick Nugier, Dominique CHAGNON to name a few. He's also part of different creative musical projects such as TGA (tokyo groove alliance), Instinct, Tatopani and Kazairo (風色).

Bruno DIMINO
Born in Marseille, he taught jazz guitar from 1996 to 2002. He has performed in numerous concerts in Paris, Luxembourg, and the south of France. He has participated in recordings of jazz, French chanson, and Brazilian music. Currently based in Japan, he is a chanson singer and musician. He formed the French swing band, Swing Paradox, with Patrick Nougayrède, and alongside this project, he regularly performs as a singer and guitarist with the resident band at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi.
