LIBROM Brewery visit and sake tasting

LIBROM brewery opens its doors for a visit to learn about the history of sake and the method of making craft sake, followed by a tasting of sake.

■ Event proceedings:
12:50: Reception at LIBROM brewery
13:00: Explanation of sake and craft sake
(Explanation of the history and types of sake, how to make it compared to wine, explanation of craft sake, type of sake with a specific name, difference in taste, etc.)
13:30: Experience tasting (2 types of craft sake + 1 type of Japanese sake)
14:00: Brewing tour
14:30: End

■ Facilitator:
Hands-on Local SAKE Representative Masuda. He is currently working to increase the number of fans of sake under the title of Japan's weakest sake brewer.
On the day of the event, everything will be explained in English.

1,500 yen (members), 2,000 yen (non-members) for a tour of the brewery and tasting
