Initiatives and challenges for the diffusion of hydrogen stations in Japan. -What we have learned from the deployment of 185 stations around the world
In 2020, our country declared its aim to become carbon neutral by 2050. The use of hydrogen has recently been driving attention as a clean energy source.
In European countries such as the EU, Germany and the Netherlands, initiatives are in full swing, including the formulation of national strategies on hydrogen, and there are moves to use hydrogen in commercial vehicles. Air Liquide Japan LLC, one of the world's leading industrial gas companies, has been invited to hold a seminar to discuss the future potential of hydrogen use in Aichi prefecture, based on the actual situation in Europe.
