This training delivered by Dale Carnegie is designed to help your employees increase motivation by building resilience & managing stress effectively. You will also have an opportunity to practice how to manage stress, maintain calm & positive despite demanding work situations. You will learn how to remain professional in the increasingly challenging work environment, particularly in the post covid reality. You will understand how resilient mindset can affect your actions, goal focus and dealing with work challenges.

The training will be delivered by Chizu Sasaki, Trainer & Director Client Success & Happiness  from Dale Carnegie Training, world famous learning expert. Dale Carnegie Training was founded in 1912 and has been providing training services to individuals and corporations for more than 100 years. They are well known for performance improvement by developing skills in human relations, communication, leadership, stress management, and presentation.
