The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan is pleased to announce its March Café-Croissant of 2024.

This event is exclusively reserved for members of the French Chamber of Commerce. It aims to discuss a topical issue and facilitate networking between our members as well as the sharing of their experiences over a convivial breakfast.

On Thursday March 28, our guests will be Mr. Hiroki Sato, Executive Director, and Mr. Tomohiro Goda, Division Manager, Technical Support Department, and the theme will be:

"From the first encounter with French bread to achieving third place in the 2024 Bakery World Cup.."

We'll talk about Donq's history and how they were inspired by European gastronomic culture, their standards in bread-making and the Bakery World Cup.

This will be an exceptional opportunity to taste the bread that won a prize at the 2024 Bakery World Cup.

Important note: Our Café-Croissant events are discussions around a topic with an expert in that particular field. They aim to make a subject accessible to people who don't know much about it, and allow them to ask questions and have a chat.

Therefore, please understand that this event is not aimed at professionals of the given theme.

Doors open: 8:30 a.m.

Networking: 8h30~9h

Presentation and discussion: 9am-10am

*Participation is limited to 15 participants, first come, first serve.
