Morgan Chaudeler – CCIFJ Ambassador for Chubu
Morgan Chaudeler serves as the CCIFJ Ambassador for the Chubu region and is the President & Representative Director of Aichi International Convention & Exhibition venue in Japan.
Morgan Chaudeler serves as the CCIFJ Ambassador for the Chubu region and is the President & Representative Director of Aichi International Convention & Exhibition Center Co., Ltd. (Aichi Sky Expo), the 4th largest exhibition venue in Japan.
Based in Japan for over 25 years, he graduated from Paris Dauphine University and INALCO. His career spans auditing and consulting (Andersen, Ernst & Young), the luxury industry (LVMH, Hermès, Petit Bateau), and the management of concessions and public-private partnerships (Vinci Airports, GL events). These experiences have provided him with a unique expertise in the governance of complex organizations, combining strong Japanese language skills with deep intercultural understanding.
After contributing to the privatization of Kansai, Itami, and Kobe airports, he launched Aichi Sky Expo in 2019, Japan’s first concession-based exhibition center, where he built a team of 27 people within one year in close cooperation with Aichi Prefecture.
As CCIFJ Ambassador, he works to strengthen ties between France and the Chubu region, a strategic hub of the Japanese economy. In 2024, he contributed to the launch of the Smart Manufacturing Summit and is already preparing for the 2026.
