While attending university, she worked at an advertising agency (science production company) where he planned, managed, and hosted events and seminars, primarily on technology (OA, FA, INS, etc. at the time). After graduating, she began her career at a foreign-affiliated human resources consulting firm. Since then, she has worked at a global MNC dealing with foreign-affiliated manufacturing (mainly automotive) and technology (mainly engineering software for manufacturing customers).

For 20 years, as a HR Executive at a foreign-affiliated company, she has been involved in HR strategy, organizational strategy, DEI promotion, recruitment strategy and execution, talent development, training, leadership development, succession planning, employer branding, business process improvement, project management, new graduate recruitment, training, and university collaboration projects at the Japanese subsidiary.

She joined Dassault Systèmes in 2018 and since then, current position

She is working to achieve gender equality by collaborating with women's universities, developing and supporting female leadership within the company, and aiming for a 50% female ratio at all levels within the company.
