LEADING THE CHANGE
WOMEN DRIVING ACTIONS FROM WITHIN

Date: September 19, 2025 (Fri) | Time: 9:00am - 11:00am

SESSION OVERVIEW

The French Chamber of Commerce in Japan is pleased to welcome Dassault Systèmes for an in-depth Women in Business Committee on advancing gender diversity and developing female leadership in the workplace.

The event will begin with an introduction to Dassault Systèmes’ global direction for women’s development and its commitment to fostering inclusive growth. This will be followed by a focus on the company’s internal initiatives, with a spotlight on WiLD (Women in Leadership Development), a unique project created and led by women to support and empower their peers.

Two female executives at the forefront of this initiative will share their personal journeys, the motivations behind launching WiLD, and the key milestones achieved over the past three years. From addressing systemic challenges to designing impactful programs, they will reflect on lessons learned, transformations within the organization, and the personal and professional growth of the women involved.

The session will conclude with a look towards the future, ambitions for the initiative, advice for others aiming to launch similar efforts, and a message of encouragement for those committed to building more equitable and supportive workplaces.

This event is an opportunity to gain concrete insights, learn from real-world best practices, and engage with leaders actively shaping a more inclusive corporate culture.
