Misae HASHIDAA member of Executive Committee & Director of City & Public Services, Dassault Systèmes

After graduating from a Japanese university, she began her career as a product manager at a US-based accounting software company.

She then spent over 20 years consistently working in marketing at foreign financial institutions (American Express, Citibank, and BNP Paribas). During this time, she led teams of various sizes, focusing on organizational development and training of subordinates. While at Citibank, she received the "Best Female Supporter Award" (Bronze Award).

Aiming to be more directly involved in the transformation of Japan's industry, he switched careers from the financial industry to the technology industry and joined Dassault Systèmes in 2019.

At Dassault Systèmes, he served as a marketing executive for approximately five years, working to improve corporate branding and develop new businesses.

She assumed her current role from 2024.

Starting in 2023, we will co-host "WiLD" (Women's Initiative & Leadership Development), an initiative to develop female leaders, with our legal officers.

Graduated from HEC Business School, a French Grande Ecole de Commerce (higher education institution), and obtained an MBA (Master of Business Administration)
