With over 30 years in consulting and senior leadership, Yasunari Mori brings deep knowledge of organizational transformation to his role as Executive Advisor at Ataway Japan.
Before joining Ataway in 2021, he spent 26 years at Accenture, where he served as Partner and Managing Director, leading consulting engagements and organizational change. He later served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for PwC Japan Group.
Today, he advises organizations on digital transformation and organizational change. As a Prosci Certified Instructor, he combines his leadership experience with practical change management expertise, having delivered 32 certification programs and trained nearly 400 change management practitioners.

森泰成は、コンサルティングと企業の経営幹部として30年以上の経験を持ち、現在は日本アタウェイのエグゼクティブアドバイザーとして、企業の変革を支援しています。
2021年に日本アタウェイに参画する以前は、アクセンチュアに26年間在籍。パートナー／マネジングディレクターとして、コンサルティング案件や組織変革を主導しました。その後、PwC Japanグループの最高情報セキュリティ責任者（CISO）を務めました。
現在は、企業のDX推進や組織変革を支援するとともに、Prosci認定インストラクターとしてチェンジマネジメント実践者の育成に取り組んでいます。これまでに32回の資格認定プログラムを担当し、約400名の実践者を育成。豊富なリーダーシップ経験と実務の視点を活かした研修を提供しています。
