Prosci provides a proven, research-based approach to leading organizational change. Its methodology helps organizations plan and manage transformation while supporting individuals as they put change into practice.

 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This three-day program teaches you how to put the globally recognized Prosci Methodology into practice.

Throughout the program, you'll apply what you learn to a real change initiative you're involved in, developing a change management strategy and practical plans you can use at work.

By successfully completing the program, you'll earn the internationally recognized Prosci Certified Change Practitioner credential, demonstrating your knowledge of a research-based approach to change management.

Prosci® Certified Instructor

With over 30 years of experience in consulting and senior leadership roles, he brings extensive knowledge of organizational transformation. 
He has delivered 32 Prosci certification programs, training nearly 400 change management practitioners.
Before joining Ataway in 2021, he spent 26 years at Accenture, where he served as Partner and Managing Director, leading consulting engagements and organizational change. 
He later served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for PwC Japan Group.
Today, he advises organizations on digital transformation and organizational change.
