Welcoming 2026 Together With CCIFJ Kyushu

On Friday, February 20, 2026, CCIFJ Kyushu held its first event of the year: the New Year’s Party, hosted at Hotel JAL City Fukuoka.

The evening brought together a diverse group of professionals. We were pleased to welcome long-standing member companies such as JUST.WILL, TWOBLOOM, and WASOMI, who continue to show loyal support for CCIFJ Kyushu events. Representatives from Bourbon and the French restaurant La Rochelle were also in attendance.

The event coincided with a visit to Fukuoka by the Managing Director. This provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen ties and reaffirm our commitment to members across all regions, highlighting our goal of building local communities that remain connected on a national scale.

Following a traditional introductory round where guests presented their activities, participants enjoyed a seasonal menu featuring local specialties such as grilled yellowtail and roasted Itoshima pork. The varied selection and open bar encouraged fluid conversation, allowing guests to get to know one another in a relaxed atmosphere.

The dinner proved highly conducive to networking. Business cards were exchanged throughout the evening, particularly as dessert was served. It was a warm occasion that concluded with a shared desire to reconnect soon, despite many guests wishing to extend the evening further.

The gathering also served as a platform to announce the upcoming Kyushu office program, most notably the Fukuoka Gala, which will take place on Monday, May 18, at the Solaria Hotel starting from 6:15 PM.
