Let's talk about the future prospects of wagashi on the French market.

We are pleased to invite you to a roundtable event regarding the export of wagashi to France, in order to explore the prospects for commercial development. Join us for this discussion between two renowned Japanese wagashi artisans: Mr. Nobuharu OKAMOTO based in Japan (Kotoyo, Yokkaichi City) and Mr. Takanori MURATA based in France (MARUTOMI PARIS, Paris City). INA FOOD INDUSTRY Co.,Ltd., manufacturer of kanten (agar-agar) well known under the brand name “Kanten Papa”, will also be attending the meeting. On top of that, Mr. Jean-François RAUCH, Managing Director of Regional Branches for the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (CCIFJ), will be part of the discussions to present the supporting services offered by the CCIFJ. This session will therefore offer both useful and high-quality content.
Following the roundtable, a networking session (with refreshments) will be set up.
This event is aimed at those interested in wagashi, but anyone wishing to develop their activities on the French market in other sectors will also be welcome.
